Warranty Policy

GTRACING ONE YEAR WARRANTY 
GTRACING is a brand that values transparency and builds good relationships with our valued customers. As a result of this, we employ no questions asked warranty policy for all our customers.
If for any reasons your GTRACING products are damaged, malfunctioning or have any issues, GTRACING will take full responsibility for your product within 1 year after the purchase date.

 

Extend your warranty from 1 to 2 years*: 

1. Take a photo of your new GTRACING product. Make sure you get a great shot of your set-up! 

2. Post a review of the product (on the product page)and show the reason why you recommend the product.

3. Mail the Screenshot with your Order ID to support@gtracing.com. We will review your comment and tell you if the warranty can be extended.

 

For GTRACING ACE Series :

Have your warranty extended to a total of 5 Years when you show us a review of your ACE Series chair!

1. Take photos of your new GTRACING ACE Series Chair. 

2. Post a review of the product (on the product page) with at least 5 photos and show the reason why you recommend the product.

3. Mail the Screenshot with your Order ID to support@gtracing.com. We will review your comment and tell you if the warranty can be extended.

 

*Note: The warranty period can only be extended if purchased on the official website.

 

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU:

All GTRACING customers qualify for full access to our no questions asked warranty immediately after purchase. If you ever have any inquiries' regarding whether your product is still under warranty, please email us at support@gtracing.com about your warranty status. We will ask for:

  1. Your Full Name 
  2. Your Order Number
  3. Your Address

against:

  1. missing parts at the time of delivery;
  2. parts damaged at the time of delivery or within 1-year warranty;
  3. inconsistent with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery;
  4. major parts should be included: pillows, cushions, armrests, base, wheels, ect.

    TO RECEIVE WARRANTY SERVICE, PLEASE:

    1. Contact our Customer Service Department at support@gtracing.com and advise them of the details issue. Customer Service will provide you with information as to how to proceed.
    2. Please remember, product returned for warranty claims must be accompanied by the original order number as well as written details regarding the problem, the location of the product, etc.
    3. If your product is returned, please retain a copy of the shipping information for your records.
